Jonathan is a former member of Sligo Borough Council (2004 – 2009) and held positions as a Director of Sligo Airport, Director of Sligo Sports Complex and a member of Sligo Harbour Board. He also held the prestigious position of Mayor of Sligo from June 2007 to June 2008.

Audrey Leonard LIB IPAV QFA Director
While working in a leading financial institution led to pursuing a career in the Residential & Commercial Property market. Audrey qualified as an Auctioneer with Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in 2008. After gaining invaluable experience from working in leading estate agencies she has had significant exposure to all aspects of the property market.
Audrey’s experience includes sales, lettings, valuations and property management. Audrey recently became a fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and prides herself on her professionalism, attention to detail , and a friendly manner.
Marc Mac Sharry Property Service Provider / MIPAV MMCEPI (HON) – Associate
Marc joined O Sullivan Mc Goldrick Property Plus in June 2017 as an Associate, having formally been the Principal in Marc Mac Sharry Properties Limited from 2006 until 2017. Marc served 3 terms in Seanad Eireann and was a member of Dail Eireann representing the Sligo Leitrim Constituency for 2 consecutive terms , having retired from national politics in 2024. Marc is a Full Member of the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers) and can meet with clients for advice and assistance when required.

Jackie graduated in 2006 with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and Marketing from the Institute of Technology Sligo. Jackie has 9 years’ experience working within the financial sector.

Samantha recently joined O Sullivan Mc Goldrick Property Plus having previously worked as Property Service Provider for one of the North Wests leading Property Management Companies. Samantha is solely responsible for the administration , management and growth of our extensive portfolio of management companies. Samantha is also responsible for preparing annual budgets for our management companies and liaising with Company Directors.

Bronagh Charters – Property Service Provider / Property Rental Manager
Bronagh joined O Sullivan Mc Goldrick Property Plus having previously worked as Property Service Provider for one of the regions leading Property Rental Management Companies. Bronagh is a fully qualified Property Service Provider and graduated in 2023.

Michelle McMenamin LLB (Hons), NDLS
Michelle joined O Sullivan Mc Goldrick Property Plus in 2016 having previously worked as a Litigation Executive in the Litigation Department and as a New Homes Legal Executive in the Property Department of Matheson Solicitors.
Michelle is based at our Ard Nua office and is responsible for the administration , management and growth of our expansion into the Student Accommodation Market. Michelle's role is to liaise with landlords and tenants on all aspects of the Ard Nua's rental properties.
